Sony Pictures releases REIGN OVER ME and GRIDIRON GANG on Blu-ray Disc
REIGN OVER ME
Directed by: Mike Binder
Rating: BBFC15
This is a heart-warming story of two men whose lives have taken different paths but find themselves on common ground at a pivotal moment in their lives.
Superb acting tells a story of love and hurt and is emotionally enhanced by the sound track that includes Love, Reign O'er Me by Pearl Jam and How To Save A Life by The Fray. The direction of Mike Binder combines the characters and emotions of this story with amazing visuals of Los Angeles.
Charlie Fineman (Adam Sandler) is a man who lost his family in the 9/11 attack on New York City and the grief he felt caused him to quit his job and isolate himself from everyone around him.
In a chance encounter he runs into his old college room-mate (Don Cheadle) and they rekindle the friendship they once shared. When Charlie's problems become too much to deal with, Alan is determined to help Charlie come out of his emotional abyss.

GRIDIRON GANG
Directed by: Phil Joanou
Rating: BBFC12
Dwayne ‘The Rock' Johnson stars in this gritty and inspirational movie, based on a true story about a group of teenage delinquents given a second chance to redeem themselves by playing football.
This well-executed production shows the passion of an American football team at a US juvenile detention centre in Santa Monica, California. And the sentiment of the movie is captured in the quality visuals.
Sean Porter (Johnson) is a frustrated juvenile probation officer. Most of the kids in his detention camp are either sent back to prison once they leave or meet a violent end when they return to the streets.
Desperately looking for a way to make a difference, he and his co-worker Malcolm Moore (Xzibit (TV's "Pimp My Ride")) devise a plan to teach discipline and responsibility through the game of football. But with only four weeks before the start of the season, Porter must overcome seemingly insurmountable odds to put together a competitive team. It's a season that will test their minds, spirit, and bodies as Porter teaches his players the principles of good character, strength through resiliency, and genuine respect for one another.
