WipEout®/PSN Registration Free Offer Terms and Conditions.

1. Open to individuals who are notified of the PLAYSTATION®Network registration and free WipEout® offer by email from Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Limited. This offer is not transferable.

2. To claim a free download of the WipEout videogame for PSP™, recipients must register a new PLAYSTATION®Network (“PSN”) account on a PC or PLAYSTATION®3 between 22 November 2007 and 7 December 2007, using the email address to which the promotion notification was sent. Following registration, customers will be sent a second email, containing a promotion code. This second email may take up to 14 days to arrive.

3. If recipients already have a PSN account registered to the relevant email address, the promotion code will be included in the first email.

4. Customers must then go to the Account Management area of their PSN account, click on “Redeem Promotion Code” and enter the promotion code. Customers can then follow the instructions to receive the free download of the WipEout videogame.

5. The closing date for PSN registration to qualify for this Promotion is 23.59 BST on 7 December 2007. Promotion codes must be submitted by 23.59 BST on 7 January 2008 to receive the free download of the WipEout videogame.

6. Individuals must be 7 years old to register a PSN account. Individuals under 18 will require a parent or legal guardian to register a master account and set up a sub account for them.

7. Broadband internet service required to download the WipEout videogame. Users are responsible for broadband access fees. Registration for PSN is subject to acceptance of the PSN Terms of Service and User Agreement and PSN Privacy Policy. PSN is not available in all countries and languages: see eu.playstation.com/terms.

8. There is no cash or credit alternative to this offer. This offer is not transferable and may not be used by anyone other than the named recipient of the promotional email.

9. Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive or redeem the promotion code as result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

10. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Please note that this free offer does not extend to persons resident in countries where local, state, provincial or national laws prohibit the promotion of, operation of or participation in free offers of this kind.
