Terms and Conditions for Gran Turismo® Skills Promotion

Terms and conditions

1. This promotion is open to residents of Austria, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

2. Employees of the Promoter and its group companies, and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally connected to the relevant promotion shall not be entitled to participate.

3. This promotion opens for entries on 14/09/2009 at 08.00 BST and closes for entries on 09/11/2009 at 23.59 GMT (the “Promotional Period”). This competition period has been extended.

4. To enter this promotion, eligible players must go to http://www.gran-turismo.com/ and complete the Gran Turismo® Skills online game consisting of 8 driving challenges. No purchase necessary.

5. Eligible players who achieve a “win” score after completing all 8 challenges within the same game-play session will qualify to receive a reward as described in section 6 below. Such players will be directed to a web-page where they will be asked to enter an e-mail address for delivery of the reward.

6. The reward is a PSN promotion code that will unlock a virtual car (the Mercedes-Benz SLR Mclaren) within the video-game Gran Turismo® (for PSP™). Players will need the game Gran Turismo® (for PSP™) (sold separately) and a broadband internet service. Players are responsible for broadband access fees.

7. The Promoter will endeavor to send PSN promotion codes to successful players within 30 days of the end of the Promotional Period. Instructions on how to redeem the code will be included in the e-mail.

8. Only one PSN promotion code is available per player. PSN promotion codes are subject to terms and conditions of use. Please click here for details. PSN promotion codes have an expiry date which will be communicated with the code.

9. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any entries which are lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any postal failure, network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. No applications from agents, third parties, organized groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.

10. Personal information which players provide for the purposes of this promotion will be held and used only by the Promoter, its group companies, and its suppliers and contractors to administer the promotion and otherwise in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, these promotion rules and as expressly agreed by the player.
