PSP™go Reward – Terms and Conditions

1.    This promotion is open to residents of Austria, Australia, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom (each a “Participating Country”), aged seven or over.

2.    Employees of the Promoter and its group companies, and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally connected to this promotion shall not be entitled to participate.

3.    This promotion starts at 2pm UK time on 1/10/2009 and ends at 11:59pm UK time on 31/03/2010 (the “Promotional Period”).

4.    To be able to participate in this promotion, persons who meet the criteria specified in Section 1 above (“eligible persons”) must:

(i)    own a PSP™go that was purchased within a Participating Country;
(ii)    own either a PSP™-1000, a PSP™-2000 or a PSP™-3000; and
(iii)    own a disc based game for the PSP™ that has a product code beginning “UCES” or “ULES”.

5.    To receive the PlayStation®Network (PSN) promotion code described below, eligible persons must complete all steps of the registration process described in the promotion guide during the Promotional Period using the PlayStation® equipment described in Section 4 above.

6.    Broadband and wireless internet is required. Eligible persons are responsible for any broadband access fees. The registration process must be completed before the end of the Promotional Period in order to qualify for the PSN promotion code.

7.    Individuals must be at least 7 years old to register a PSN account.  If an eligible person is under 18, their parent or legal guardian must first register a PSN account and then set up a sub-account for them. Registration for PSN is subject to acceptance of the PSN Terms of Service and User Agreement and PSN Privacy Policy.

8.    Following completion of the final step of the registration process (which is the download of the PSP™go Reward Theme to the PSP™go) eligible persons will receive a PSN promotion code that can be redeemed for three downloadable games from a larger pre-selected list of games. The list of games can be found at eu.playstation.com/pspgorewards and may be amended from time to time by the Promoter at its discretion.

9.    Certain content available via PSN promotion codes may have specific additional restrictions, such as age ratings and usage rights.  Children may not be able to access content rated higher than their age.

10.    The promotion code will be delivered via e-mail to the e-mail address associated with the eligible person’s PSN account. Eligible persons should ensure that their e-mail address is correct and active. Instructions on how to redeem the promotion code will be included in the e-mail.

11.    The Promoter will use reasonable endeavors to e-mail the PSN promotion code within 30 days of successful completion of the registration process. 

12.    Only one PSN promotion code is available per eligible person. Eligible persons must use a unique PSP™go, PSP™-1000/-2000/-3000 and disc based game for PSP™ during the registration process in order to qualify for the PSN promotion code. 

13.    The downloadable games made available under this promotion will only be playable on PSP™go and will not be playable on any other PlayStation® console.

14.    PSN promotion codes are subject to terms and conditions of use. Please click here for details. Promotion codes are not transferable and may not be re-sold. No cash alternatives will be offered. PSN promotion codes have an expiry date which will be communicated with the code.

16.    The Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to disqualify any person whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of these terms and conditions or the intention of the promotion.

17.    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure of any eligible person to complete the registration process, or to receive or redeem the PSN promotion code, or to download a game as result of any network, hardware or software failure of any kind. 

18.    The Promoter reserves the right to alter or cancel this promotion or update and/or amend these terms and conditions in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

19.    These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
