Top Gear Live competition - Terms and Conditions

1.    The promoter is Sony Computer Entertainment Ireland Ltd, 1st Floor, 110 Amiens Street, Dublin 1.

2.   To enter this competition, entrants must be aged 16 or over and be resident in the Republic of Ireland. In all cases, employees of the promoter and its group companies, and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally connected to the relevant promotion shall not be entitled to enter.

3.    Entry to the competition is free.

4.   To enter this competition, participants must answer a simple multiple-choice question and email their answer along with their name, address, contact telephone number and date of birth to topgearcompetition@scee.net

5.    The competition will run from 9am on Thursday, 12th November to midnight on Sunday 22nd November 2009.

6.    The winners will be selected by a random draw from all correct entries.

7.    Ten winners will each win 2 silver seating tickets to Top Gear Live for the 12 noon show on Friday, 4th December 2009.

8.  Only one entry per person is permitted.  If we receive more than one entry per person we reserve the right to disqualify all entries received from that entrant.

9.    The winners will be notified by phone and email within 5 days of the closing date and must claim their prize within 3 days of the notification.  The promoter will endeavor to deliver the prize to the winners within 7 days of the competition closing but does not guarantee this delivery date.

10.  The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

11.  The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

12. Sony Computer Entertainment Ireland accepts no responsibility of participants for personal injury and/or loss or damage of property, at the Top Gear Live event.

13.  The promoter may, at its sole discretion, publish the winner's name and country of residence on the promoters website(s).  The winner's details (name and country) will be made available on request to those enclosing a SAE marked Top Gear Live competition to the following address:  Sony Computer Entertainment, 1st Floor, 110 Amiens St, Dublin 1, within two weeks of the closing date specified above.
