Experience near-future warfare like never before as UbiSoft's top online shooter returns.
Set in the not-too-distant future, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon captures the intensity of modern, high-tech warfare like no other game. Take control of an all new squad of the elite covert operatives known as the Ghosts and battle your way through 15 thrilling single player missions. Alternatively, wage war online in a variety of multiplayer modes for up to 16 players with full voice support.
When a North Koran general goes rogue, initiating hostilities with the Chinese and attempting to build up nuclear capabilities, the situation begins to look like an extremely volatile one.
The West responds diplomatically, sending international peace keeping forces to police China's borders but meanwhile the Ghosts (a crack team of covert US military operatives) are secretly deployed to North Korea.
Ghost Recon 2's intense 15 missions include reconnaissance, sabotage, infiltration and extraction as the team works to bring down the rogue general from behind enemy lines. An intuitive control system makes commanding your squad easier than ever; bark orders at team members via a USB headset or use hand signals to silently take down enemies.
As well as the dramatic single player mode, Ghost Recon 2 comes armed to the teeth with online modes and options. Up to 16 operatives can engage in combat on one of ten multiplayer maps (including nine new environments based on real-life East Asian locations), all with full voice communication support.
New modes, including Team Assault and Team Supremacy, sit alongside old favourites such as Team Survival and a re-vamped Rankings System rewards players for working together as a team. You can even earn extra points by mentoring as bonuses are awarded to teams who take in new players.
