You will be entered into the PLAYSTATION 3 Prize Draw**, which takes place four times a year and gives you the chance to win an HD ready Sony Bravia, and you'll have the opportunity to sign up for other exciting third party offers.

PS3 Quarterly - Prize Draw rules

1. The Free Prize Draw is open to residents of Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom aged 18 or over except employees of Sony Computer Entertainment companies, agents, consultants or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

2. No purchase necessary. To enter, if you are the owner of a PLAYSTATION®3 home entertainment system please complete the form at http://www.ps3registration.com. If you do not own a PLAYSTATION®3 home entertainment system and still wish to enter the prize draw, please send an email containing your name, date of birth and full postal address with the words PS3 prize draw in the subject line to prizedraw@eu.playstation.com

3. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.

4. Four draws will be made randomly by computer each calendar year on 15 March, June, September and December with each draw closing at 23.59GMT on 14 March, June, September and December. You will be automatically entered into each draw.

5. Promotion limited to one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize in any one draw.

6. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries will become the property of the Promoter.

7. The first entry randomly selected after each closing date will receive a 40 inch Sony HD ready television. Each of the next four entries randomly selected after each closing date will receive a 32 inch Sony HD ready television. The decision of the judges is final. The prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

8. The winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the relevant closing date and each winners' name and town of residence will be posted on http://www.ps3registration.com within ten weeks of each closing date.

9. The winners must claim their prize within 60 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules.

10. Winners will be asked to confirm their postal address before prizes are dispatched. SCEE will bear the cost of delivery but is not responsible for any taxes, duties or other costs incurred by a winner as a result of participation in the prize draw or acceptance of prizes.

11. The Promotion winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this Promotion.

12. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules

13. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these rules, suspend or discontinue this prize draw at any time.

14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Please note that the offer to participate in this prize draw does not extend to persons resident in countries where local, state, provincial or national laws prohibit the promotion of, operation of or participation in sweepstakes, lotteries or similar prize draws.
